Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 May 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of TradeReady's website-build and monthly support services. By engaging us to build or host your website, you agree to these terms. If anything's unclear, email hello@gettradeready.uk before you commit.
2. Services
We provide two services:
- The Build (£200 one-time): a professional, mobile-first website built to your brief, typically live within 48 hours of receiving everything we need from you.
- Monthly Support (£49/month): hosting, SSL renewal, one content update per month, Google Business Profile setup, basic SEO and email support. Cancellable at any time with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing date.
3. Payment
The Build fee is payable up-front. Monthly Support is billed monthly in advance. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is more than 14 days overdue.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information for your website (business details, photos, copy) and to hold the rights to use any content you supply. You're responsible for the legality of your business and any claims you make on your site.
5. Ownership
Once you've paid the Build fee in full, the content of your website (your text, photos and brand assets) belongs to you. The underlying template, code, and design system remain ours. We may showcase your finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel Monthly Support at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. The Build fee is non-refundable once we've started work. If we haven't started, we'll refund in full.
7. Uptime and availability
We use reputable hosting providers and aim for high availability, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure, force majeure, or your own actions (e.g. expired domains, removed DNS records).
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under UK law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
10. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
